Hi, I’m Prithvi. I’ve worked in identity and access management for about 14 years, mostly building IAM programs, often from nothing. This blog is where I write down what I learn doing it.
What I do now
I lead Identity and Access Management at Triumph Financial, where I’m building the IAM practice from the ground up.
Where I’ve been
Before Triumph, I spent five years leading workforce identity at Meta, which taught me what access management looks like at a very large scale. Before that, I ran information security at Lime, built the IAM function at Ancestry, and started out in IAM consulting and governance at Deloitte and the World Bank.

What I write about
Identity architecture, identity governance (IGA), privileged access, and non-human identity. I keep it practical: what worked, what didn’t, and why. Start with the latest posts or browse by topic.
Outside work
Away from work, I play racquet sports and I’m slowly working my way through the national parks. I also like meeting identity people in person, which is why I help run IdentiBeer DFW. If you’re in the area, come say hi.
